As a single mother of three young daughters, my goal was to create a safe and happy space for them to grow up in.
However, I was emotionally drained and broken from years of living with trauma. I knew I needed help to heal, but I didn’t know where to turn.
This experience led me to become a trauma-informed coach, and I have dedicated myself to helping other women overcome their past and create a better future.
