Mastering my feminine energy allowed me to leave an unhealthy marriage, lose 25 lbs, start my dream business and make multiple  five-figure months consistently. 

When I learned the tools and techniques that helped me be a true woman, I knew I had to help others. There was nothing else I could imagine doing everyday. I began my coaching business. The rest….well...you’re seeing it unfold. 

Trained in PolyVagal Theory with National Institute of Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine, Trained in Attachment Theory Mastery with Diane Poole Heller, Ph.D., Certified Facilitator in PSYCH-K®️ , Trained in Self-Leadership the Coaching arm of Internal Family Systems by Richard Schwartz, Ph.D.,  studied Integrating Experiential Psychotherapies and New Brain Science with Tori Olds, Ph.D. and the Masterclass For Healers with Dr. Gabor Maté.  Anabell is  currently in training in Coherence Coaching a coaching arm of Coherence Therapy, at the Coherence Psychology Institute with Bruce Ecker, MA, LMFT and co-originator of Coherence Therapy.  Anabell is also currently under study with Dr. Daniel Siegel and the Mindsight Institute studying Interpersonal Neurobiology a trans-disciplinary, scientific framework and Dan Siegel’s Mindsight approach.

I struggled and poverty was my reality and my mindset. I remember all the nights eating Top Ramen for dinner every night.

I finally married at 32 and my marriage showed me ALL my triggers. It became super unhealthy and I blamed him. Never knowing that my pain and triggers were a result of my trauma.  

Wanting to create a safe and happy space for me and 3 daughters was my goal after leaving that marriage.
