How to fix it……Make a note to do it. Set an alarm. Cross it off your to-do list.

2. When you realize you messed up:

Is it fixable? How? Schedule a time to do it. If it’s not, we need to let it go.

3. You have new idea: 

Write it down and act on it once you’re able to. At the office or when kids are asleep. 

What you will discover:

  • Why these stressors can become bigger.
  • How they affect your daily life. 
  • How to combat them easily
