In this week’s podcast episode, I share how I was recently faced with having to make changes in my life in order to manage my thoughts and emotions.
This is work that I teach my clients in the second half of our time together. It’s more advanced work because there is a lot of awareness, thought work and actual changes I made. This isn’t necessarily possible in the beginning of your healing journey but if you are able to do them now, by all means try it!
