By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement. No physical or digital signature is required.
## Break Your Income Ceiling Workshop: Terms of Purchase & Service Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective by and between Anabell Ingleton (“Contractor” or “Practitioner”) and the purchaser of the Break Your Income Ceiling Workshop (“Client”). By completing the purchase, Client agrees to the following terms.
### 1. Workshop Description
The Break Your Income Ceiling Workshop (“Workshop”) is a live, single-date educational and coaching experience focused on identity engineering, mindset, and income capacity expansion. It is designed to help participants examine and recalibrate internal identity structures, beliefs, and emotional foundations that influence income and leadership.
The Workshop is delivered live on the date and time listed on the sales page or registration materials, with replay access as described in Section 4.
### 2. Workshop Investment
Client agrees to pay the Workshop fee listed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full to secure Client’s spot in the Workshop.
Payment processing is handled through a third-party processor. If a payment is declined, Client must provide a new payment method immediately. If access to Workshop materials has already begun, Practitioner may pause or revoke access until payment is successfully processed.
### 3. Workshop Deliverables
For this Workshop, Client will receive:
- Live teaching and facilitation during the Workshop on the scheduled date
- Live coaching and Q&A opportunities during the Workshop (as time and format allow)
- Access to a replay recording of the Workshop for the access period described in Section 4
- Any supplemental resources such as slides, worksheets, or prompts that Practitioner chooses to provide
All Workshop content, including any recordings, transcripts, slides, worksheets, or supplemental materials, is for personal use only and remains the intellectual property of the Practitioner.
### 4. Access and Timeframes (Single-Date Workshop with Replay)
The Workshop will be held live on the specific date and time indicated at checkout and/or on the sales page. It is Client’s responsibility to attend live, arrive on time, and ensure adequate internet connection and technology for online attendance.
A replay recording of the Workshop will be provided. Replay access will be available for 30 days from the date the replay is made available, unless a different access period is clearly stated at purchase. After the access period ends, replay access may be removed without further notice.
Non-attendance at the live Workshop does not entitle Client to a refund, additional replay access, or any extension of the replay access period.
### 5. Scheduling, Attendance, and Transfers
The Workshop occurs on a single scheduled date. Client understands that the Workshop is a one-time live event, and the ability to attend live is part of the value of the purchase.
- Non-attendance: Failure to attend the Workshop live, for any reason, does not entitle Client to a refund, credit, or additional access beyond the replay period described in Section 4.
- Rescheduling by Practitioner: If Practitioner needs to reschedule the Workshop, Client will be notified and granted access to the new date and replay.
- Transfers: Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, Workshop purchases are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person or future event.
### 6. No Refund Policy
The Workshop is nonrefundable.
All payments are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to Client’s change of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to use or access the Workshop or replay.
Client understands that upon purchase, Practitioner reserves time, energy, and resources to prepare and deliver the Workshop, and Client’s seat may prevent others from enrolling.
### 7. Disclaimer & Scope of Work (Not Medical, Therapy, or Professional Advice)
Practitioner provides identity transformation, coaching, mentoring, educational content, and facilitation. The Workshop is for educational and informational purposes only and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health treatment, or legal/financial advice.
Nothing in the Workshop, including any live coaching, Q&A, or materials, is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional condition, nor to provide personalized professional advice in medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial domains.
Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Client agrees to consult their own licensed physician, mental health professional, attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional for any medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial questions or concerns.
No guarantees are made regarding specific income results, business growth, personal outcomes, or relationship outcomes.
### 8. Between-Session or Post-Workshop Support
Unless explicitly stated on the sales page or registration materials, the Workshop does not include ongoing private coaching or between-session messaging access. Any Q&A or support is limited to the Workshop container and any designated live portions.
If additional support (such as messaging access or follow-up calls) is included as a bonus or add-on, the scope and duration of that support will be defined at purchase and is also nonrefundable.
### 9. Confidentiality
Practitioner agrees to keep Client’s personally identifying information and any personal disclosures made during the Workshop reasonably confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where safety is at risk.
Client understands that, in a group setting, confidentiality among participants cannot be fully guaranteed and agrees to respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing their stories, identities, or personal details outside the Workshop.
### 10. Intellectual Property Rights
All Workshop materials and content, including but not limited to:
- Frameworks
- Processes
- Identity engineering methods
- Recordings
- Transcripts
- Slides and worksheets
- Templates
- Business strategies and systems
- Messaging, naming, and positioning concepts
remain the sole intellectual property of the Practitioner.
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use these materials for personal education and internal development only. Client may not copy, distribute, publish, teach, reproduce, adapt, or use these materials in Client’s own business, programs, or marketing without Practitioner’s prior written consent.
### 11. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Materials (Workshop-Specific)
All content, concepts, frameworks, methods, tools, processes, exercises, scripts, teaching techniques, naming structures, workshop titles, written materials, audio or video content, worksheets, templates, strategies, and any other proprietary information provided by Contractor during the Workshop (“Proprietary Materials”) are and will remain the sole intellectual property of Contractor. Contractor retains all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered.
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Proprietary Materials solely for Client’s personal development and internal transformation. This license does not permit Client to share, reproduce, distribute, teach, publish, adapt, reverse engineer, incorporate, or use any Proprietary Materials in Client’s own business, coaching programs, marketing, branding, curriculum, services, products, or sales content.
Client may not, under any circumstances:
1. Recreate, rename, rebrand, or repurpose Contractor’s frameworks, processes, intellectual property, or workshop/program names as part of Client’s own offerings.
2. Use Contractor’s branding, positioning, messaging, angles, taglines, or unique concepts in any of Client’s marketing or sales materials in a manner that suggests affiliation or confuses the market.
3. Model or mirror Contractor’s proprietary language, sales page structure, workshop identity, or methodology in a way that derives commercial benefit or confuses the market.
4. Use insights gained through the Workshop to create derivative works, competing programs, or substantially similar offerings.
Any attempt to commercially use, copy, or replicate Contractor’s Proprietary Materials without explicit written permission constitutes intellectual property infringement and breach of this Agreement.
Client acknowledges that Contractor may share behind-the-scenes elements of her business processes, branding, sales systems, methodology development, or strategic frameworks during the Workshop. All such information is confidential and proprietary and may not be used to develop, enhance, or modify Client’s own business, offerings, or intellectual property.
Unauthorized use of the Proprietary Materials will result in:
- Immediate termination of Client’s access to the Workshop and related materials with no refund; and
- Contractor pursuing all remedies available under intellectual property and contract law, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, and attorney fees.
### 12. Testimonials
Practitioner may request a testimonial or feedback regarding Client’s experience of the Workshop. Client is not obligated to provide one.
If Client chooses to provide a testimonial, Practitioner may use it in marketing materials, on websites, or on social media with Client’s consent, which may be given in writing, via email, or via clearly documented electronic communication.
### 13. Limit of Liability
Client agrees that the maximum damages they may claim from Practitioner arising out of or related to this Workshop shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the Workshop.
### 14. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Practitioner and her representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to Client’s participation in the Workshop, use of Workshop materials, or violation of this Agreement.
### 15. Assumption of Risk
Client understands that all personal development, identity work, mindset work, and business decisions involve inherent risk and personal responsibility. Client voluntarily chooses to participate in the Workshop and assumes full responsibility for their own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being and results.
### 16. Non-Disparagement
Both Parties agree not to make publicly defamatory statements that materially harm the reputation or business of the other. This does not prevent either Party from sharing honest opinions in private or from exercising any legal rights.
### 17. Force Majeure
Neither Party is liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform due to events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government orders, public health emergencies, or failures of internet or telecommunications.
### 18. Failure to Deliver Workshop
If Practitioner is unable to deliver the Workshop due to factors within her reasonable control and does not reschedule within a reasonable time frame, she will either:
- Provide an alternative date or comparable experience; or
- Issue a refund or credit, at Practitioner’s discretion and in compliance with applicable law.
### 19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
### 20. Notice
Formal notices may be delivered via email to the addresses provided by both Parties at the time of purchase or as later updated in writing.
### 21. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
### 22. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing. For online purchases, updated terms may be posted and become effective for future purchases; changes to terms for an existing purchase require written consent from both Parties.
### 23. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties regarding the Workshop and supersedes all prior discussions, emails, or representations related to this Workshop.
