We’re going to get really clear on where you are now, what kind of coaching business you dream of and the exact blocks that are keeping you from it. We can’t move you to success until we know your starting point.
We focus on 6 main things during our coaching relationship
You already know I'm not your typical Coach. I want your brain full of gas so when you turn your pretty little car on, your shit's informed. I’m going to teach you all the amazingness about your brain and body. It's really important to understand WHY you're doing (and not doing) things in your business. And it's all physiological and psychological. It's not because you're lazy, not smart or don't really want it. It's much deeper than that. I'm going to give you a real education in polyvagal and attachment theory, therapeutic models, deep neuroscience research and you’ll learn the exact modalities, methods techniques I used with my clients and on myself to achieve deep transformation. You’ll use this skill everyday to notice when you have resistance in your life, work with it and release it. Permanently. It’s a super-power.

How long do we work together?
We will work together for 6 months in a group coaching container. This is a perfect amount of time for you to learn all the content I'm teaching you, apply it to clean up your blocks and then start marketing & selling your coaching offer. I want to be your Coach while you're in business because this is when and where all your "stuff" will surface. During our coaching relationship we meet once a week for 75 minutes via group video zoom call. All calls will be held on Wednesdays at 11:00 am PST. Each call will be recorded in case you can’t make it to the call. It will be uploaded to our Self Made member portal and available within hours. The coaching calls are the bread and butter of this program. You don't want to miss them. This is your opportunity to be live-coached by me, get personalized assessment and real-time answers to your business and personal blocks that are coming up in your business. PLUS, you will learn so much from seeing others get coached.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be other resources or material in the program?
Yes! You have private access to the Self Made member portal. This is where you go to fill your tank with loads of gas (knowledge). You’re going to get videos, worksheets, audio files, visualizations, book links, oh my. You're getting templates for emails, onboarding resources, even recommendations to the people I've worked with to build my office backend.
You mentioned a community with the other coaches. How and when do I get access to it?
We have a private group channel on Slack, an amazing platform, and you get access immediately after you join the program. This is not just a regular ol’ Facebook group. I’m in there every single day. So is our Client Success Officer. This is where we share our wins, ask any and all questions, get coached in between weekly coaching calls and get advice on a launch or a post you want to use to market your offer to your audience…whatever you need.
